Boulder Park
Sitting on three and a half acres is Boulder Park, a natural park formed by magnificent boulders from the basement of time. This “Georgia Stonehenge” is a common area used by all Homestead families and is the ideal rustic setting for impromptu family gatherings and special events. Boulder Park includes a firepit, a stacked stone stage sitting amidst the Boulders just above the creek, and stone seating carved into the hillside and framed by crushed stone walkways and lights.

The Gathering House
Informed by the size and scale of the homes within the community, The Gathering House rests proudly upon a hamlet above a pasture enveloped by a stunning farm of Siloam granite on the east side of Rock Fall Loop. The high glass walls of the 6,000-square-foot building invite the outdoors in, evoking the feeling of a stately and spectacular treehouse. This is especially true when the structure is illuminated each evening, and the trees and boulders, so prevalent in the area, come to life.
The Gathering House is designed to nurture the strong sense of community that is already a part of The Homesteads. Equipped with a kitchen and bar, much of the space consists of seating and lounging areas intended to foster ease and interaction. Each owner has a wine and whisky locker for an after-dinner drink, perhaps around one of the firepits or on the porch overlooking the pasture. Should more space be needed, there is an event lawn on the south side of the building.

Owners at The Homesteads enjoy the benefits of membership at Reynolds, as well as an amplified level of attention from a full-time team of Caretakers whose mission each day is to provide a level of intimacy and service that will redefine historic notions of what a Homestead should be.
