This list of members of the Reynolds Lake Oconee Builders Association (“RLOBA”) is provided as a courtesy and convenience only. Its purpose is to acquaint the prospective homeowner with builders in the local area. Member builders of RLOBA are independently owned and operated and are not affiliated in any manner with Oconee Land Development Company LLC or its affiliated companies (“Developer”), the owner and developer of the property now or formerly known as Reynolds Lake Oconee (“Reynolds”), or Reynolds Owner’s Association, Inc. (“ROA”). Any business references of builders or approval of builders for membership in RLOBA by Developer, ROA or ROA’s Architectural Review Board (“ARB”) shall not be construed as an endorsement or certification by Developer, ROA or ARB of such builder or such builder’s past or future performance as a builder or otherwise.
