Meet
Lori Brown

After working for Reynolds Lake Oconee and Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties in several capacities since 2013, Lori obtained her real estate license in 2019. Combined with ten years of operations experience on the real estate side at Reynolds, and in a previous life making several cross country moves, Lori understands how significant such a move can be and which doors need to be knocked on along the way. As such she is fluent on both the buyers side of a transaction and also the sellers, for whom all of the details, large or small are so important.

A full-time resident of Reynolds since 2012, Lori and John live their life here like they are trying out for the billboard. She and her husband John love the lake life and spending time on their boat with their family, their friends, and their two dogs, Steely, a Golden Retriever, and Zoey, a Chihuahua mix rescue pup. Members and friends have also grown accustomed to finding Lori walking her two dogs throughout the 21 miles of walking trails at Reynolds and she is a regular at the broad cross section of events offered at Reynolds, ranging from the “infotainment” curriculum of The Linger Longer Living Series to the twice-annual Grand Wine Tastings or specialty dinners, or the semi-annual Chef Showcases where you can eat at every restaurant under one tent, on one night.

Lori is passionate about local philanthropy and serves as a volunteer with Meals on Wheels, Victory Train, Martha's Closet, and the Lake Oconee Humane Society. On her days off Lori is probably talking to her kids, Jordan who is partnership director for a large real estate firm and lives in Austin, or daughter Kelsey, a music composer who lives in Los Angeles, and who both became engaged in the same week. Soon, she is likely to be on the phone also with her first grandchild Caroline who goes by CoCo, but at only sixteen months old, isn’t quite able to handle the phone.
