April Evans

An East Tennessee native, April attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville for her undergraduate and enjoyed 10 years in healthcare management before pursuing her career in real estate in 2015. Her experience in management has provided her with the skills to excel as a Sales Executive, such as organization, patience, flexibility, altruism, and an ability to remain calm under pressure.

When she and her husband Tom (a Reynolds Sales Executive and career Realtor) decided to relocate in 2016, Reynolds Lake Oconee was an easy first choice with its reputation as a best-in-class lifestyle community. April fondly remembers her first drive down Linger Longer Road and into the community with the rolling topography, the beauty of the community, and the impressive amenities that left her breathless – they had found their forever home.

An avid hiker who has traversed over 500 miles of trails in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, April now enjoys exploring the 21 miles of walking trails at Reynolds with her Boykin Spaniel, Hardy. In her current expeditions around the Reynolds community, April enjoys chatting with neighbors, admiring the beauty of Reynolds' seven championship golf courses, and taking in breathtaking views of Lake Oconee.

Since moving to the community, April has discovered a passion for golf, fostered by lessons from the incredible teaching professionals at The Kingdom at Reynolds Lake Oconee.

As a proud Member and property owner of Reynolds Lake Oconee, April embodies the values of hard work, integrity, exceptional client service, and passion in her daily work. What April treasures most about Reynolds is the people and the close friendships she and Tom have made since moving here in 2016. The sense of wonder she felt driving down Linger Longer remains ever-present. “I want everyone to feel the magic that is the Rhythm of Reynolds," said Evans. "The people I work with are not clients, they are future neighbors and friends and it is an honor to assist them in discovering Reynolds.”
