It's important to us that each Guest is given appropriate information to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Here you can find details of our Community Policies on items such as Check-In/Check-Out times, Cancellations, Payment, and much more. Check In/ Checkout for Community Guests

Check-in Time – 4:00 pm EST. Checkout Time – 11:00 am EST.

Reynolds Lake Oconee must have a credit card on file prior to or during check-in before keys will be issued. Upon your arrival, please check-in at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Cottage Check-In, located at 1341 Linger Longer Road, where a Guest Services Representative will assist you. Guest Services is open daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Should you arrive after-hours, please proceed to the Lake Club Security Gate located at 1760 Lake Oconee Trail for assistance. Details of your stay and directions to your accommodations will be reviewed during this time. If we can further assist in your vacation planning, please contact a member of our sales team.

Early check-in: We are pleased to offer early check-in based on availability at the time of arrival.

Late check-out: We are pleased to offer late checkout based on availability. Late checkouts after 1:00pm generally carry a minimal fee. Late checkouts after 4:00pm generally carry a charge of 100% of one night’s room rate. Please contact Guest Services 706-467-1115 for more information.

Requests for specific unit location and bedding are not guaranteed; requests may result in additional charges.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made by calling 800.901.1204.

The group deposits of $100 per golfer are due within 7 days. The final package balance is due 30 days from your travel date.

Prior to arriving your package will have been pre-paid. Reynolds Lake Oconee must have a credit card on file prior to or during check-in before keys will be issued. If for any reason there is a balance following the stay, the balance will be applied to the initial credit card guaranteeing the visit. For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Cancellation Policy

We require guests who wish to cancel or shorten their stays to do so at least 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival. If guests cancel their reservations less than 30 days before their scheduled arrival, the guest will be charged for the first night. Guests who plan to golf and wish to cancel their reservation within 30 days of their arrival will result in a full charge of the golf round.

Course Closure/ Inclement Weather Policy

Weather conditions do not constitute cancellation of a golf reservation unless the course is closed. A course is considered closed if golf is interrupted by the Golf Professional Team for one continuous, uninterrupted hour or two or more cumulative hours during the course of a single round of play due to lightning. In this situation players will be provided considerations as determined in the sole discretion of the Head Golf Professional. In such event, players shall contact the Head Golf Professional or another member of the Golf Professional Team. Considerations may include, but are not limited to, rescheduling the tee time(s) or a full/partial credit in the form of a Reynolds Lake Oconee gift card that will be redeemable at any Reynolds Lake Oconee outlet; however, the gift card cannot be used towards any previously scheduled, prepaid tee times.

Smoking Policy

To ensure a comfortable stay, smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest rooms. Following this rule allows us to maintain high standards and offer our guests quality service. We hope for your understanding. Damage/cleaning fees start at $250 and go up based on extent of damage

Pet Policy

Reynolds is a dog-friendly property and wishes to extend to you the privilege of traveling with your canine companion. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required per pet. Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in public places.

Parking Policy

Reynolds provides convenient parking spaces for all of its guests throughout the community. There is a two car max and all cars must be registered through guest services during check in or gate house for afterhours arrivals.

Dress Code Policy

Dress code policies apply to all adults, children, and guests. Guests are responsible for the attire of their children and all others in their party. All guests should be aware of the dress code prior to their arrival at Reynolds Lake Oconee.

MEN: Shirts with collars, including traditional polo-style or mock and standard turtlenecks with sleeves must be worn at all times. Pleated or flat front slacks or tailored golf shorts must be worn. No tank tops, T-shirts, blue jeans, cut-offs, sweat pants, bathing suits, or other athletic shorts are permitted.

WOMEN: Dresses, skirts, slacks, capris, golf shorts, and collared blouses (with or without sleeves) must be worn. No halter tops, T-shirts, bathing suits, sweat pants, athletic shorts, or short shorts are permitted.

SHOES: Golf shoes with soft spikes or athletic shoes are required. Traditional metal spikes are not permitted on the courses or within the Club Facilities. Large rubber spikes or field shoes are not permitted.

We are confident that these guidelines will provide an enjoyable atmosphere and experience while visiting our property.

Transportation to Reynolds

Please note that Reynolds Lake Oconee does not offer any transportation services to and from the airport or while visiting the property. We recommend making personal transportation arrangements prior to your visit.

Rental Items

Rental clubs are available for a small fee at all Reynolds Lake Oconee golf courses.

Ship Your Sticks
Avoid traveling with your clubs by shipping them with Ship Sticks. Simply go to Ship Sticks and complete the shipping form.

All enhancement requests must be submitted to Reynolds Concierge during the reservation process or by email at concierge@reynoldslakeoconee.com prior to the golf cancellation deadline. Cancellations following this deadline will result in a cancellation penalty.

Pace of Play Policy

In effort to create an enjoyable experience for every golfer, all players and groups regardless of size are required to play each course according to the course specific time par. On average, pace of play expectation is 4 hours and 15 minutes, when the cart path rule is 90 degrees; and 4 hours and 30 minutes, when the cart path rule is cart path only. Groups that are unable to maintain pace will be asked to skip a hole or vacate the golf course. Players/Groups arriving late will lose priority on course and will be accommodated based on availability. Thank you in advance for your support of our continuing pace of play effort.
