Part Caretaker, Part Concierge

Groceries when you arrive for the weekend. A private car or boat when you’re ready to leave for a dining reservation or tee time. That’s the laid-back luxury and convenience all owners at The Homesteads will enjoy. The private properties will feel as secluded as any rural retreat, yet be fully secured and supported by a truly committed team.

Stephanie Bailey

An accomplished project manager and residential designer, Stephanie Bailey had a career that took her around the country: Atlanta to Colorado, with San Francisco and New York City in between.

In 2009, she took a sabbatical from her career and moved to Aspen, Colorado, to pursue her passion for snow skiing and mountain climbing. A planned year turned into five, as she fell deeper in love with the slopes and culture of the majestic mountain town. While there, Stephanie worked as the personal concierge for a former Vice President, celebrity chefs, hall of fame athletes, Fortune 500 CEO’s, music label executives, and many other well-known celebrities.

Wanting to be closer to her family, Stephanie returned to her home roots of Georgia in 2017. In 2019 she joined the Design Studio at Reynolds Lake Oconee, working there while also becoming an off-road driving instructor at the Sandy Creek Sporting Grounds. Now, she joins the inaugural Caretakers Team of The Homesteads.

Along with a love of architecture and interior design, snow skiing, mountain climbing, and cycling, Stephanie is a Land Rover enthusiast, and loves cheering on her alma mater the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
