Ice Skating at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee
Each year, The Ritz-Carlton creates a dreamy ice skating rink in The Pavilion. Guests can glide across the 5,000 square-foot ice rink, holding hands and laughing as they take in views of Lake Oconee. Afterward, relax in the Ice Lounge accompanied by hot cocoa or hot apple cider.
Tree Lighting at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee

Jolly Old St. Nick will launch the Christmas season with the luxury resort's annual Christmas tree lighting. Experience Santa's unique arrival, sing along with carolers, sip on hot cocoa, and marvel at thousands of twinkling lights.

Take a Ride on the Linger Longer Express
This train tours the grounds of The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee spreading yuletide cheer. With cars large enough to accommodate “kids” of all ages, it’s often difficult to tell if the children or adult passengers are having the most holiday fun.

New Year’s Eve Party
Bring in the New Year with glitz and glamour at The Lake Club. Dance the night away to the sounds of an eight-piece band and share a memorable stroke of midnight with horns, hats, and a complimentary champagne toast.
Polar Bear Plunge
The Polar Bear Plunge has been a New Year’s Day tradition at Reynolds Lake Oconee since 2007. Jump, slide or dip your toes into the chilly pool to ring in the New Year. Afterward, dry off with a warm towel and enjoy unlimited hot apple cider or hot chocolate.
