Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties is pleased to announce Ron Kalpak as the Salesperson of the Year for 2015 with 25 transactions totaling over $9 million.
Originally from Lilburn Georgia, Kalpak discovered Reynolds in 1989 while visiting some friends and shortly after began an internship at the tennis center. Upon graduating from Georgia Southern University 25 years ago, Kalpak moved to Reynolds and became the tennis pro.
“The initial reasons I liked Reynolds was being able to get credit for a college internship in a place with a lake and golf courses,” says Kalpak. “But I have grown to cherish the people and lifestyle over the years, that’s the real reason why I call Reynolds home.”
Kalpak joined the real estate team in 1992 and continues to have much success. He attributes his accomplishments to the high number of referrals he receives from family, friends, and overall happy customers. Over the years, he has received many awards including Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and Reynolds Sales Team of the Year.
In his free time, Kalpak loves spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife, Heidi, since 2000 and has two amazing girls, Niah (15) and Love (11). Additionally, Kalpak is very involved in the community. He is a Lake Oconee Tennis Association supporter, a Lake Oconee Academy tennis club coach, a Reynolds Bass Tournament Champion, and a member of Lakepoint Community Church.
“2015 was a very successful year for Ron,” says Lee Arberg, Senior Vice President of Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties. “I am excited at the number of prospects showing interest already this year and I know Ron and the other agents will continue with their momentum and do great things in 2016.”
