Reynolds Plantation Properties is pleased to welcome two new sales executives, Chip Perry and Levi Weisser, to their team of Sales Executives.
Growing up in Conyers, GA, Chip Perry fell in love with Lake Oconee at an early age after his father traded his 1957 Thunderbird for a lake lot in the late 70’s. “Some of my fondest memories were made fishing and camping along the shores of Lake Oconee,” says Perry. “I was also fortunate enough to live on Lake Oconee in 1993 during my first year at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville. I always knew that one day I wanted to call the Lake Oconee area home.” And now, the Perrys have called Reynolds Lake Oconee their home for three years.
“Reynolds was a perfect fit for our family with all the amenities the Club offers and the boating, fishing and water sports on Lake Oconee,” says Perry. “Our two sons, Jackson and Alex, currently attend Lake Oconee Academy which was definitely a major attraction for my wife Tina and me when choosing to move to the Lake Oconee area.”
After graduating with a B.S. in Sociology in May 1997, Perry started working for Kraft Foods as a customer service account manager. In April 2004, he shifted to the real estate industry, selling for a mountain community in North GA, then four years later started his own real estate company where he was awarded top producing team in 2013 and 2014 for the Pickens County Board of Realtors. He also received his real estate broker license in 2006. With 13 years of real estate experience, Perry joins the Reynolds Plantation Properties team eager to share the “first class extensive amenity package and vibrant lifestyle the community offers.”
Originally from Alaska, Levi Weisser is no stranger to travel and the desire for a warmer climate. “At the age of nine, my parents moved our family of 15 to the Philippines as missionaries where I lived until I graduated from high school,” says Weisser. “After graduation, I moved back to Alaska for only one year before realizing the cold weather is just not for me. I have been in the Southeast now for over 15 years.”
Weisser brings 13 years of real estate experience to Reynolds Plantation Properties. Prior to joining the team, he worked with new developers throughout the Carolinas marketing and selling new real estate communities. Over time, he has been recognized with several awards highlighting his efforts as top sales producer and leader in sales.
Weisser sees great potential for success at Reynolds Lake Oconee. “My wife Priscilla, son Abram and I recently moved to Reynolds, and we are already in love with the community,” says Weisser. “With the outstanding variety of amenities, there is always something to do no matter your age or hobby, and I am excited to share that with future residents of Reynolds Lake Oconee.”
“We’re thrilled to welcome Chip and Levi to our sales team,” says Lee Arberg, senior vice president of sales at Reynolds Plantation Properties. “Together they bring a combined 26 years of real estate experience to the team and I am confident they will add much value to our marketplace and community. With all of the community updates we have looking ahead in 2015, I believe both Chip and Levi will hit the ground running.”
