Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties is pleased to announce the addition of four new sales executives. All with unique and diverse backgrounds, Diane Boone, Kelly Hoersten, Jeremy Johnson, and Alan Stone each bring something new to the Reynolds sales team.
Diane Boone, originally from Chicago, IL, joins the Reynolds sales team after 35 years of living in suburban D.C. and brings 30 years of real estate experience to the table. A University of Illinois Champaign-Urban alum and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Diane has experience ranging from international realty to the country club and golf community industry. “I enjoy the opportunity to help people make the most important purchase of their lives,” says Diane. “I look forward to working with the Reynolds team and getting involved throughout the community.”
Diane’s husband, an avid golfer, first discovered Reynolds 14 years ago while in Augusta for The Masters. The two instantly fell in love with the area for its serene location and social and friendly atmosphere, and have been Reynolds property owners and golf members ever since.
Growing up in Great Waters, Kelly Hoersten has always called Lake Oconee home. After graduating from The University of Georgia with a degree in Advertising, she spent over 6 years in Atlanta, and eventually chose to return to the lake. This is Kelly’s first position in real estate; her resume includes Account Coordinator and Media Buyer for an advertising firm to bar manager/tender in Atlanta, and most recently front desk agent at The Ritz-Carlton, Reynolds.
“I am very excited to sell the community I grew up in and love,” says Kelly. “The Reynolds sales team has so many combined years of real estate experience and knowledge that I can learn and build from,” including her father Scott who alone has over 28 years with Reynolds.
Originally from Dublin, GA, Jeremy Johnson graduated from nearby Georgia College and State University and started working for a high-end retail piano company as well as Enterprise Rent A Car as a branch manager where he gained experience and a passion for sales. “I have always been interested in the real estate industry,” says Jeremy. “I look forward to growing my sales experience through Reynolds and the relationships I’ve built so far.”
Jeremy is already well-known in the Lake area especially with Reynolds members; he is an active musician, regularly performing throughout Lake Oconee, including The Ritz-Carlton and Reynolds events.
Alan Stone is a common name around the golf courses. Growing up in Kennewick, WA, Alan has worked in the golf industry since the age of 16; he was a Golf Professional for The Kingdom at TaylorMade headquarters in San Diego before moving to the Reynolds Kingdom of Golf as the Tour Club Fitter for the last four years.
“Real estate is not too different from being on a golf course,” says Alan. “In golf, there is more than one way to get the ball in the hole, much like in real estate, where there are different ways to find what the buyer is looking for-whether that’s an existing home or building from the ground up.” While changing careers can be intimidating, Alan is up for the challenge and eager to get started with Reynolds.
“We are excited to have Diane, Kelly, Jeremy, and Alan join our team,” says Lee Arberg, Senior Vice President of Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties. “All four bring something special to our team and I look forward to watching them grow and succeed.”
