Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to congratulate our 2020 Lake Country Board of Realtors Award Winners. 21 members of our team have been honored as Top Producers for 2020.
The sole dedication and focus of selling Reynolds exclusively, combined with our colleagues from other lake area agencies, resulted in 535 homes and homesites sold within the community. The Home Team at Reynolds Lake Oconee was on one, or more often the buying and selling sides, of nearly 62% of the total transactions.
Rich Johns, $5.2 Million; Tom Condon, $2.8 million; Bob Miller, $4.8 million were recognized, receiving their first Lifetime Members award for Top Producers Club 2020. Rich Johns also received the Realtors Spirit Award.
Eagle Members, defined as agents with more than 15 years of $1 million dollars or more in sales, and were Top Producers for 2020 – Micki Tanner, $16.6 million; Debbie Balicki, $13.3 million; Jere Mills, $11.3 million.
Phoenix Members, defined as agents with more than 10 years of $1 million dollars or more in sales and were Top Producers for 2020 – Ron Kalpak, $15.8 million; Diane Spires, $9.9 million.
Lifetime Members, defined as agents with 3 consecutive years over $1 million dollars in sales or 5 years total, and were Top Producers for 2020 – Chip Perry, $10.9 million; Scott Hoersten, $9.4 million; Don Weir, $8.3 million; Chris Hewatt, $3.7 million; and Jeremy Johnson, $2.2 million.
Traci Johnson, $7.2 million; David Hoersten, $5.4 million; Mary Miller, $4.2 million; Debbie Daly, $3.8 million; Calvin Borisuk, $2.8 million; Jordan Aycock, $2.1 million; Mary Balicki, and Mary Luster, with $2 million each, were also awarded as 2020 Top Producers. Rhonda Cook and JoAnn Bigelow of our Resales Team accounted for $16.7 million.
