Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is proud to recognize over half of its real estate executives who were honored at the Lake Country Board of Realtors annual awards banquet on February 22, 2018. Of the 342 total property transactions inside the gates of Reynolds Lake Oconee in 2017, the Reynolds team participated in 237, nearly 70% of the total.
At the banquet, Riezl Baker received the 2017 Good neighbor Award for her commitment to bettering the Lake Oconee community. Micki Tanner was honored as the third highest volume realtor in the lake area with the Bronze Award-Individual Production. Jere Mills received the Eagle Award for 15 years of over $1 million in sales, while Dianne Spires received the Phoenix Award for 10 years of over $1 million in sales.
12 Reynolds sales executives were recognized as Million Dollar Club Members: Jeremy Johnson, Over $1 million; Gene Lowe, Over $2 million; Chris Hewatt, Over $3 million; Chip Perry, Over $4 million; Ron Kalpak, Over $5 million; Scott Hoersten and Jere Mills, Over $6 million; Dianne Spires, Over $7 million; Debbie Balicki and Don Weir, Over $8 million; and Riezl Baker and Micki Tanner, Over $10 million.
“As fast as 2017 came and went, it was truly a great year for us in real estate, and we are excited to celebrate our successes,” says Riezl Baker, Past-President of the Lake Country Board of Realtors. “Our team continues to experience a very active market, with the amount of construction taking place and the amount of sales up from last year.”
Led by Rhonda Cook, the Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties Resale Team received the Small Team Award and Gold Award-Small Team Production. The team was also recognized as a Million Dollar Club Member for $10 Million.
