Reynolds Lake Oconee is proud to announce the recipients of its Third Quarter Employee Awards for 2017. Robert Steverson, Manager of POA and Signature Homes, has been named Leader of the Quarter while Kristen MacNeill, DC/Golf Shop Coordinator, and Jeryl Anderson, Wellness Specialist, have been named Employees of the Quarter.
Outside of Reynolds Lake Oconee, Robert Steverson is involved in American Institute of Building Designers (AIBD), Residential Designers of Georgia (RDOG), United Methodist Men, Eatonton United Methodist Church, and Cub Scout Pack 34 of Eatonton, GA.
“My belief is that we lead first by serving those around us,” says Steverson. When he is not helping you design your dream home, he enjoys spending time with family, Christy (wife), Mary Grace & Jackson (children), and Golden Retriever “Bo Jangles”.
Steverson joined Reynolds in 2004. He loves to “make people laugh and enjoy the process of building their dream home. Reynolds continues to be a place that allows me to best utilize my talents,” says Steverson.
Prior to beginning her career with Reynolds in May of 2007 Kristen MacNeill worked at Walt Disney World in Golf Operations. She was on the Disney College Program, which is where she met her husband of 12 years, Ryan, who was a PGA Apprentice there as well.
“I enjoy working with all of our different vendors and learning about upcoming trends,” says MacNeill. “This determines what we will be selling in our golf shops in future seasons. I also enjoy having the creative freedom to put together displays in the golf shops and working with the staff to do so.”
When she’s not coordinating the golf shops, MacNeill enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, Landon and Hudson. “We are currently renovating our house, so that is my biggest hobby at the moment! I also enjoy decorating and repurposing furniture.”
Jeryl Anderson joined the Reynolds team in May 2015 as the Wellness Specialist where she helps people improve the quality of life through fitness. Prior to working at Reynolds Lake Oconee, Anderson was an instructor/personal trainer at YMCA New Jersey.
“There are many things that I like about Reynolds, but the thing that I absolutely love is working with such a wonderful team of caring professionals,” says Anderson.
In her spare time, Anderson is active in the American Fitness Aerobics Association, and the Titleist Performance Institute. She also enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and watching movies. Most recently, Anderson has started to learn how to play golf and “absolutely loves it.”
