Reynolds Lake Oconee is pleased to announce the recipients of its Second Quarter Employee Awards for 2023. Glenda Martin, Resale Manager, has been named Leader of the Quarter, while Alaina Finn, Group Golf Sales Assistant, and Tracy Corry, Snack Bar Rec Steward at Great Waters, have been named Employees of the Quarter.
Glenda Martin joined Reynolds in 2019. Before starting her career at Reynolds, she worked in the Metro Atlanta Real Estate Market.
Glenda has an innate ability to listen actively and empathetically, ensuring that each team member is well-trained in real estate laws, rules, and regulations.
She stays up to date with constant changes that prepare her to support the sales team in the day-to-day operations. Glenda is also responsible for the Resale Weekly newsletter. This information has enhanced communication within the Reynolds Sales Team, keeping everyone informed about important updates, daily assignments, and upcoming projects.
“What I love about my job is the opportunity to collaborate with the individuals I work alongside daily,” Martin says. “Reynolds is an outstanding workplace, thanks to the remarkable clients we assist, my dedicated teammates and colleagues, and the exceptional management team. Being a part of the real estate industry is truly fulfilling, and I am fortunate to do so in this amazing community.”
Martin serves on the MLS Committee at Lake Country Board of Realtors and is part of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and is a supporter of the REALTORS Political Action Committee.
In her spare time, Glenda enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Her favorite days are at the beach with David, her husband of 25 years, Trinity, her daughter, and two dogs, Sparkles and Bella.
Alaina Finn originally was hired as a golf shop clerk and has worked for Reynolds for over five years. As a Golf shop clerk, she worked in many of the Reynolds golf shops. In April of 2022, Alaina took over her current role as Group Golf Admin.
“Throughout my time here at Reynolds, I have been lucky enough to meet many of our wonderful members,” Says Finn. “The connections and relationships I have made are hands down the best part of my job. Before my time with Reynolds, I worked at Pike Nurseries, which is now the Reynolds Real Estate Center.”
When not in the office, you can find Alaina under a cozy blanket with a good book, spending time with family, on a soccer field, or off collecting sky miles during her many travels. She has a spoiled cat, named Oliver and a wonderful boyfriend, Alex, who she met during her time working at Reynolds.
For 25 years, Tracy Corry has worked at Reynolds Lake Oconee. Tracy has been an integral part of the success of the Great Waters Snack Bar. He makes sure it is stocked and has exactly what is needed by everyone for daily operations. Without his hard work, knowledge, dedication, and positive attitude, it would not be possible for the operation to run smoothly and efficiently.
“The best part of my job is meeting new people and working in such a beautiful place where I can learn new things,” says Corry. “I love having a job that offers security and wonderful benefits.”
When not keeping Great Waters Snack Bar operations running at full speed, you can find Tracy enjoying his time away from work on the water fishing, and doing anything that keeps him outdoors in nature. Before joining Reynolds, Tracy was employed at Horton Ironworks in Eatonton.
