Reynolds Lake Oconee is pleased to announce the recipients of its First Quarter Employee Awards for 2019. Brian Gaydica, Senior Marketing Manager, has been named Leader of the Quarter, while Chuck Sapper, Banquet Captain, and JEB Greenberg, Digital Connections Coordinator, have been named Employees of the Quarter.
Prior to joining Reynolds nearly three years ago, Brian Gaydica served as the Marketing Manager for Piedmont Athens Regional and the Operations Director for the Stadion Classic at UGA, a professional golf tournament held in Athens. In his current role as Senior Marketing Manager at Reynolds, Gaydica enjoys the opportunity to get out from behind his desk and interact with the community and fellow co-workers through special projects.
“Reynolds is such a wonderful place and I enjoy being on the front-end of telling the story out of how special we are,” says Gaydica. “I also love hearing how Members ended up here, what that process was like, and what factors motivated them to make a life decision to move here.”
When not sharing Reynolds with the world, Gaydica, along with his wife, Shelby, enjoy attending sporting events and activities for their sons, Harrison, 9, and Hutson, 4. He also likes to work around their house in the yard and on DIY projects.
Chuck Sapper recently celebrated his one-year anniversary with Reynolds. Before beginning his role as Banquet Captain, Sapper ran Memory Lane Classic Car Museum and worked at Georgia Butts BBQ. Now working a wide array of events, Sapper looks forward to each day in Banquets being new and different.
“Reynold is truly the ‘class act’ when it comes to hospitality in our area,” says Sapper. “I am happy to be a part of ensuring those memorable experiences happen for our Members and guests.”
When not putting on world-class events, Sapper has a passion for golf. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Kim, and has been a member of the Lake Oconee Elks Lodge for 10 years.
JEB Greenberg began his role with the Marketing team at Reynolds in July 2018 after working for a private university in the Kansas City area. As the Digital Connections Coordinator, he likes the ability to engage with the public through Reynolds’ social channels and having the freedom to construct meaningful content.
“The best aspect of my job are the people I work with each day and how enjoyable they are to be around,” says Greenberg. “This isn’t just unique to my department; positive attitudes and selflessness permeates throughout the Reynolds organization, touching all departments and positions I come into contact with.”
When not posting the latest Reynolds updates, Greenberg loves to read and can offer a widespread list of book recommendations. He enjoys re-watching episodes of “The Office” and streaming his brother’s basketball games. Greenberg also likes to stay active through biking and yoga/spin classes.
