Chance has been married to his wife, Susan, for 42 years and has two wonderful children Jeff and Stacey. When Chance is not working, he enjoys playing golf and visiting his grandchildren, Eli and Jude.

“I really like Reynolds for the company culture, the other employees and team members I work with, and the direction the company is going,” says Lambert. “I also like how my job, in particular, is always interesting. My tasks vary from day to day, working with all the different departments, and interacting with many of the members.”
In her spare time, Lambert likes to quilt, read, and visit with family and friends. She and her husband, Paul live in the home they built on the lake 11 years ago with their “rescue family” of pets including two dogs, Rosie and Pancho, and an assortment of cats.
