Reynolds Lake Oconee is pleased to announce Kyle Eurey as Recreation Manager where he will help innovate new programs, lead the seasonal teams, head summer camp programs and strategically plan all department events.
Originally from Madison, Georgia, Eurey graduated from high school and joined the army. After 4 years of service as a vehicle mechanic, he decided to go back to school, attending Georgia Military College and graduating in 2013.
Eurey originally joined the Reynolds team in 2014 in Recreation Maintenance. A short 4 months later he was promoted to Pool Technician where he oversaw the operation of all the pools within the gates of Reynolds. Now, one year later, he is named Recreation Manager.
“Throughout my life I have always wanted to be a part of something big,” says Eurey. “I felt this way in the army and now I feel this way at Reynolds. I have really enjoyed growing with the company and look forward to the new experiences ahead.”
In his spare time, Eurey enjoys camping and hiking but his favorite hobby is watching movies and adding to his DVD collection. His favorite movie at the moment is The Martin staring Matt Damon.
“I have really enjoyed having Kyle on our team for the last year and a half,” says Andrew Huebner, Director of Recreation at Reynolds Lake Oconee. “His teamwork and hunger to learn makes him an asset to the team and I am very excited to see all that he will accomplish in his new role.”
