Reynolds Lake Oconee is pleased to announce Gerald Goubran as the new Director of Member and Guest Experience, where he will oversee Guest Services, Member Concierge, and Housekeeping.
Goubran joins the Reynolds family after more than 15 years with Marriott-Starwood Hotels, most recently in Orlando, Florida. He held numerous positions within the company, including Sales Manager, Housekeeping Manager, and Director of Front Office Operations. There, he was awarded Manager of the Year twice. Goubran earned a degree in hospitality and management with a minor in business from East Carolina University. He is currently working on earning his MBA from Florida International University.
“I am looking to enhance the customer experience and build strong relationships with our members and guests,” says Goubran. “I want to further personalize the experience by learning one’s likes and dislikes, allowing each encounter to be customized to his/her preference.”
When not working, Goubran enjoys spending time with his wife, Catherine, and three children: Victoria, 10, Gerald Jr., 4, and Brenden, 2. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast with specific interest in water sports and fishing, and plans to bring his boat to the lake very soon.
