The McDougals might not own a boat, but it’s rare that you won’t see them enjoying the waters of Lake Oconee with friends or family during their frequent visits to Reynolds Lake Oconee. Rusty, a dentist practicing part-time out of Atlanta and wife, Shelly, a former fashion designer, have been members for over 4 years now and absolutely love life at Reynolds Lake Oconee – both on and off the lake.
