Reynolds Lake Oconee is pleased to announce Frank Brennan as the new Director of Learning and Development, where he will oversee the creation and facilitation of classroom learning programs and departmental training.
Brennan joins the Reynolds team after spending the past five years as the Learning and Development Manager for the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. He earned a degree in English from Florida International University and is a Certified Hospitality Professional. In 2016, he was awarded Human Resources Leader of the Year by the Greater Miami and The Beaches Hotel Association.
Brennan plans to develop an onboarding platform to help engage new hires and a leadership platform to provide ongoing leadership training. “Reynolds is a place that believes in people and making the human experience its top priority,” says Brennan. “I look forward to giving my time, talent and energy to helping Reynolds staff become the very best versions of themselves.”
When not working, Brennan enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his wife, Laura, daughter, Imma, 3, and their cat, Bean the Beast. He also has a film blog, FrankonFilms, and writes screenplays.
