Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to congratulate Debbie Balicki as the 2019 Salesperson of the Year. Truly dedicated, Balicki celebrated 21 years with the Reynolds real estate team, earning two Salesperson of the Month awards and participating in 27 transactions totaling over $11.8 million in 2019.
Debbie’s steadfast commitment to selling Reynolds’ homes, homesites, and resale listings for Reynolds property owners has again placed her at the top of a very high performing team and earned her this distinct recognition for a third consecutive year.
She continues to be recognized for her success by the Lake Country Board of Realtors as an Active Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and is a recipient of the Eagle award acknowledging her 15 consecutive years of million dollar plus sales.
Debbie also credits much of her recent success to her daughter-in-law and licensed sales assistant, Mary Balicki.
“Mary joined me over four years ago, and since then she has grown and become such a natural in the real estate business,” says Debbie. “I am fortunate to have her by my side and appreciate our teamwork.”
Debbie has been a licensed real estate agent since 1996 and contributes her success to not only longevity and experience in the industry, but also to the fact that she has lived and worked in the same community exclusively for almost her entire real estate career. She is an expert at selling the Reynolds lifestyle because she and her husband, Tom, personally live it every day. They enjoy golfing together and making memories with their family on Lake Oconee. The Balicki’s bought their first property at Reynolds in 1991, moved here full-time in 1998, and continue to call Reynolds their “forever home.”
