Reynolds Lake Oconee is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Wes Forester as Director of Golf and Logan May as Head Golf Professional at Reynolds Lake Oconee.
Forester, who has served as the Head Golf Professional at the Members-only Creek Club golf course since its opening in 2007, is taking on a new role as Director of Golf for Reynolds. He will oversee the entire staff of Head Golf Professionals as well as the Reynolds Kingdom of Golf presented by TaylorMade.
“Leaving the Creek Club is bittersweet as I have enjoyed getting to know our Platinum members over the years,” says Forester. “I am looking forward to the new challenges in this position and I’m excited to start this new journey with Reynolds.”
Logan May will also be taking on new responsibilities in his new position as the Head Golf Professional for The Preserve, where he will be overseeing all golf operations for the course. Working with Reynolds Lake Oconee since 2012, May has served as the Assistant Golf Professional at The National as well as The Oconee, and in 2016, obtained PGA Certified Professional status in golf operations.
“My favorite aspect of Reynolds is the people,” says May. “I have enjoyed working with the Members and guests at The National, but I am excited to start my new role at The Preserve.
