While regularly involved in real estate transactions through the years, Chad has also had a successful career in residential and commercial construction where he specialized in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management. As a native Georgian and nearby resident of the Lake Oconee area, Chad attended Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville and furthered his education in business at Clayton State College.
Chad, his wife, Mary (also a Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties agent), and their three daughters enjoy the countless advantages of Lake Country living, regularly reaping the benefits of exceptional community and philanthropic opportunities. Joining the Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties team in 2023, he’s already quite familiar with Reynolds Lake Oconee, with his parents having moved full-time to the community over 30 years ago.
