Reynolds Lake Oconee is a golf lover's paradise, boasting six championship golf courses designed by some of the biggest names in the sport. With an ideal climate for year-round golf and an impressive selection of award-winning courses at their disposal, it's no surprise that some Members take on the challenge of birdieing all 119 holes that the community offers. In early 2022, Peter Lehmann became the first Member to achieve this feat. Now, Jerry Keyes has joined him in the exclusive "Club 119" after birdying Bluff #7 on March 25th.

Jerry, a Member since 2017, moved to Reynolds full-time in 2021 following his retirement. An avid golfer, he plays an average of 250 rounds per year and participates in most of the Men's Golf Association (MGA) events. He began his quest to birdie all 119 holes in 2019 after hearing about Peter's journey in their Tuesday group.

Four years later, Jerry has achieved this milestone and joined the exclusive club. In addition to the challenging courses, Jerry also appreciates the friendly staff, well-maintained facilities, and top-notch restaurants that Reynolds offers. He's eagerly waiting for Tom Fazio’s new 9-holes at The National to be completed so he can work on birdieing all 128 holes that Reynolds has to offer.

Jerry and a few other Members have also initiated a new challenge for 2023 to see how many of the 119 holes (non-repeat) they can birdie in one year. As of April 22nd, Jerry has birdied 62 holes, with the current leader, Scott Ambrose, at 70.
